Common questions
Everything you need to know about summit participation, delegate passes, and global collaboration.
What is World Tech Forum (WTF)?
World Tech Forum is an international platform and community that connects startups, researchers, industry leaders, and delegates from over 50 countries. We bridge global innovation through summits, hands-on masterclasses, certifications, and long-term ecosystem collaborations.
Who is eligible to apply as a delegate?
Students, early-career professionals, startup founders, software engineers, and researchers worldwide are welcome to apply. We look for individuals committed to technology, digital transformation, and cross-border problem-solving.
Do I need a technical background to attend?
No. While our primary focus centers on emerging tech like AI, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture, we actively welcome innovators from business, design, policy, and social impact who want to understand and drive the future of tech.
How does the Funded Pass selection process work?
Delegates applying for a Funded Pass submit their academic, professional, and impact profile. An independent evaluation panel assesses applications on merit, leadership potential, and diversity. Selected applicants receive full or partial funding covering travel, meals, and accommodations.
What is the difference between the pass tiers?
Funded Pass: Competitive tier covering return airfare, shared lodging, meals, summit access, and delegate kits for selected candidates.
Elite Entry Pass: Guaranteed direct access including premium 4-star hotel accommodations, daily meals, speaker access, and official delegate kits.
Event-Only Pass: Budget-friendly access to all forum sessions, masterclasses, and networking zones without lodging or travel.
Will I receive an official certificate and visa support?
Yes. All registered attendees receive an official Certificate of Participation. Additionally, registered delegates receive formal invitation and acceptance letters along with dedicated guidance to support foreign visa processing.
How does organizational collaboration work?
Does organizational collaboration require sponsorship fees?
No. Collaboration is non-financial and does not require sponsorship funding. We prioritize mutual growth, open knowledge sharing, and technological advancement over transactional sponsorship models.
